Glue 1 1/2" wide lace to long length of material.
Take 1/2 the length of one piece of wire, bend
into the shape of a U with wire extending from both
sides.
Put hot glue into the opening of the head base,
and insert the U shaped part of the wire into the
opening. Take 10" of 1 1/2" wide lace and push the
wire through the casing of the lace, do this for both
sides (arms). Twist and gather as you go, Turn up
the end of the wire to secure. Put hot glue into
the opening of the hand and insert the wire, bring
lace down around the hand and glue in place. Gather
the top of the flat lace, glue inside the opening of
the base of the head and push the gathered lace into
the glue. Gather the white material at the top and
glue to the inside of the base inside under the flat
lace. With remaining ruffled lace, glue around the
shoulders and bodice of the head to cover raw edge of
head base. Use the narrow ruffled trim around the
neck. With the narrow cord, glue each end to each
side of the head (this is the hanger). With the
gold pointed trim, form a circle for the crown and
glue in place on the top of the head, covering the
ends of the hanger cord. Tie the narrow ribbon on
the sleeves, leaving long tails. Glue the wings to
the back. Glue the sting of beads from one hand
draping to the other hand.EMBELLISHMENTS: Adding
